Chapter Scholarships |
The Spokane Chapter of the ACFE offers two types of scholarships each school year, beginning in 2008-2009. The scholarships are open to four year degree students attending a university in or near Spokane, pursuing degrees relevant to fraud and including: accounting, criminal justice, law, law enforcement, and fraud education. These scholarships are awarded to an individual whom the Chapter feels has adequately met their qualifications and selection criteria set forth in the application. All applicants will be considered based on these two items as a whole. Applications are accepted from March 15-April 15 each school year. Two Financial Scholarships are offered to assist students with the furthering of their education as future fraud-fighters. Our Membership Scholarship includes a complimentary Chapter membership and lunch for each meeting attended. Interested students will have the opportunity to learn more about occupations in the anti-fraud arena and network with local anti-fraud professionals.Our newsletter is a great resource to learn more about us. |
